Ajay Khurana
Co-President
Quantum Capital Group
Ajay is the Co-President of Quantum, where he is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the firm's investment, fundraising, and operational activities. Ajay serves as Chairman of the firm's credit and structured capital (QCS) Investment Committees and a member of the firm's private equity and venture capital Investment Committees as well as Quantum's Operating Committee. Prior to joining Quantum, Ajay served as the Co-Head of Energy Investment Banking at Jefferies. During his tenure, Jefferies became a leading merger, acquisition and divestiture advisor to the oil and gas industry, advising on approximately $300 billion of debt, equity, and M&A transactions. Ajay was also responsible for leading the firm's activities in the energy private capital markets, advising on over $30 billion in structured capital transactions. Prior to joining Jefferies, Ajay worked at Morgan Stanley, Intel Capital and SG Cowen. Ajay holds a B.S. in Finance, International Business and Marketing from Florida State University.
